THERE! I FIXED THE...SHOW? - Brian's a Bad Father (Family Guy)

Hey, remember when Family Guy killed off Brian? I remember. The episode "Life of Brian" took the world by storm for its twist, actually killing a major player in Family Guy...until they brought him back a couple episodes later. And the episodes that followed afterwards? Needless to say, it was enough to make people wish Brian was never resurrected, since he would end up cucking Joe, scamming Quagmire and giving a baby herpes (trust me, it makes sense in context). But "Brian's a Bad Father" is arguably Brian at his worst. And as I and many other people have pointed out, this episode should've been something worthwhile. How? Well, let's get into it. I'm gonna split this into two sections, one for each of the two plots this episode juggles between. Let's start with the Brian plot. THERE! I FIXED THE...SHOW? - Last Forever (How I Met Your Mother)

Hey, I never said we'd be solely focusing on fixing movies. I absolutely love  the show How I Met Your Mother . It may not have aged the greatest, but its relatable characters, great comedy and surprisingly deep emotional aspects elevate it to one of my favorite sitcoms of all time. With that said, the last episode, Last Forever, is where they really shat the bed. I'll get into more detail as we go on, but with how it’s presented, it feels like everything the show was building up to was entirely undone. And the worst of it all is that this episode could’ve been really great. So that’s what I’m here to do, I’m here to try and make this finale work. So, how would I fix the How I Met Your Mother finale? Let’s begin.
